Every year, founders use summer as an excuse for slow sales months. And every year, those same founders hit September in a panic.

But summer has actually always been one of my strongest selling seasons both as a founder and back when I was running sales teams in corporate.

And that's because I know how to play this season to my advantage.

In the summer, people are more relaxed, inboxes tend to be quieter, and there's less competition for your buyer's attention. This means that the founders who keep showing up while everyone else checks out are the ones who crush it in the summer and walk into fall with a full pipeline.

So this summer, I'm running a 6-week beta program for women founders who have serious revenue goals to hit and want the structure, accountability, and support of an experienced sales leader to get there.
